Bright Cellars Folk and Fable Red Blend
You patiently waited for it, and it’s FINALLY here! Our fan favorite, the Bright Cellars Folk & Fable Red Blend, is back!
This medium-bodied red wine has been aged for three months in Bourbon oak barrels giving this wine its unique flavor of smoke, blackberry, vanilla, and strawberry.
Folk & Fable
This wine is all about grabbing your soft blanket, wool slippers, and sitting by the fireplace.
In fact, Folk and Fable is best enjoyed when surrounded by happy company. Even though you might not be able to be around everyone you love this year, this wine feels like a warm hug.
The bold red blend feels like when someone wraps a warm blanket around you.
Folk & Fable Red Blend
This medium-bodied red blend leaves you with a warm feeling in your heart and a smile on your face.
After the harvesting process this wine is aged for 3 months in Bourbon barrels. This unique aging process gives the wine toasty notes of warm baking spices like vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
You’ll also taste notes of raspberry and blackberry on the palate. This bold red blend has a 13.5% ABV, making it good for easy drinking or perfect for adding into your favorite cold weather wine cocktail.
Pairing with the Folk & Fable Red Blend
We like to pair this red blend with shareable foods like cheeseburger sliders, steak sliders, or a charcuterie board with hard, aged cheeses like cheddar.
Or pair with wine with a warm blanket, a good book, and a crackling fire.
Proudly Grown in California
This is our 5th vintage of this smoky red wine.
Grown and produced in California, the fruit-forward nature of Golden State wine lends Folk and Fable bright fruit flavors, while the Bourbon barrel brings in the notes of baking spices and vanilla.
